Construction Guide
Surface preparation: Remove rust and oil contamination. Metal surfaces must meet the Sa2.5 rust removal standard, and concrete moisture content should be ≤8%.
Mixing ratio: Mix the epoxy component and asphalt component according to the manufacturer's instructions, stir evenly, and allow to mature for 10-15 minutes.
Application methods: Brushing, rolling, or spraying are all acceptable. It is recommended to apply 2-3 coats with a 24-hour interval between each coat (at 25°C).
Environmental requirements: Application temperature should be between 5-40°C, humidity ≤85%. Do not apply during rain or snow.
Curing time: Surface drying takes 4-6 hours, while full curing requires 7 days (adjust based on temperature and humidity).
